My parents won't let me downgrade. Do you have any ideas on how to let them, let me downgrade? PS. I can't not just tell them either :)

Explain how they found out about downgrading firstly and secondly tell us the reason why they wont let you.....

I would imagine that he told them that if he downgraded he could get free games, and as most parents wouldn't want their kids involved in illegal activities, they said no fooking way!!!!

Well parents are kinda clueless when it comes to this sort of thing so you should just do it without them knowing, either that or tell them that one of the games you bought recently doesn't work cos it requires 1.5 firmware to run, they won't have any idea what you're talking about and they won't like to think that they've wasted their money so should let you do it.

Tell them that since they are cheap and wont spoil you to hell, now you can get any game you at a 100% discount aftr downgrading. Or, you can get a clue, and figure you messed up when you opened you trap about this TO YOUR PARENTS!! de de de!!!

Yeah you should have kept it zipped mate, I can tell my parents things like that cos i'm 22 and bought it myself, so there's nothing they can do.

If you had to tell someone you should have told a friend, lol.
Try not playing your PSP for a while....when they ask why it's sat collecting dust tell them that you cant play against your friends cos they r all on 1.5fw.
Your parents will then either let you downgrade......or sell it on ya, lol !!

Thats not always true, my parents were cool with me drinking an getting wasted in high school, cant complain. I think its funny how protective parents are though, cant wait to see what happens when the parents find out little Frankie knows about -shhhhh- s e x!!

Why dont you just test the water first, so to speak. Go to your parents and tell them that you downgraded and wait for their reaction.
If they go mad then you can tell 'em you were joking. If not then go and do the downgrade.....
Just do it anyway....you'll get you're ass slapped and be grounded for a week but after that who cares, lol.
