Hi all,

I have a question regarding the VTS_0x_0.vob file. I know that the main movie on a DVD is in the VTS_0x_1.vob to VTS_0x_5.vob (if the movie is in 5 vobs). There is allways a VTS_0x_0.vob also.
What does this file contain? Do i need this file when i backup a DVD? Or can i leave this file out to get my DVD under 4.35GB?

Even if you tried to take it out and burn your dvd it wouldnt work. I suggest you rip the entire movie in a folder with DVD Decrypter. You'll end up with one .ifo and the main movie files. Then use IfoEdit and take out all the useless streams (e.g. extra languages, or whatever the DVD contains, basically all the bonus material). IfoEdit will create new .ifo's and then your movie should be able to fit onto one DVD-R.
