is there any way i can convert game saves to like a america game save to a european save

If your savegame won't work, you might try changing the folder name of the save to a Euro name. Right now, it might say something like "ULUS", but if you wanna change all that around, play the game you want the savefile converted for. Just make like 5 mins of progress, then save. When you're done, quit.

Now, take the data which is inside the US folder you want to convert and put it inside the folder you just created thru the newest save. The PSP needs that name for it to work. That's the folder the Euro game will look for.
