How to clone full Hdloader Hard disk to another one?

I have a PS2 running HDloader using Maxtor 80GB HD, I now need to clone this full disk with all the games it contains to another one, does anyone know how to do it? and also does anyone know if I can format a PS2 Hard Disk using the computer rather than having to plug it to the PS2 first?

Plug the HD into your PC & use Acronis True Image or Image Centre (Drive Image) to clone the drive.
And, yes, you should be able to format a HD in your PC.

Thank you ace1uk, but I did try both programs and they did not recognise the ps2 HD as a hard drive that contains any data to clone. I don't know but I think there might be some software that can blind clone disks.

Ayway I used another but tiresome method to copy these games, My problem is that I need to do this process for 6 playstation 2 machines, and what I did was to extract the iso images of the games from the source ps2 HD to a pc HD, then I created a batch file to inject_cd/inject_dvd every file of these iso images so this way I just need to plug a formatted PS2 HD or use the hdl_dump initialize command to format it and run this batch file to inject the iso images to the PS2 HD.

Now my problem is that suddenly 5 of these 6 PS2 machines did a wierd problem when they worked fine but after sometime when they start they run the first game in the list by itself, then after the game starts it does not accept any inputs and after I turn off the PS2 and turn it back on it says that the HD is not formatted and without waiting for confirmation it automatically formats it.

Does anyone know what is the problem I have? I don't know much about mods and how is my ps2 modded.
