Bittorrent. It doesn't matter how old it is, you can find the ROMs on Bittorrent or Limewire.

i already have the roms i needed. the problem is that they don't work on CPS1, they only work on CPS2. is there a CPS2 emulator?

There is a beta CS2 emu floating around on torrent sites, so if you do a bit of searcing you might find it.
