PSP won't let me delete?

I have a file in my photos file that my PSP won't let me delete. It gives me this messege when i try to delete. "the folder contains data of types other than image data" I really don't care about the data in the file and was trying to save a pic in the file. Is the anyway to delete the file? When i try deleting this file when i hook it up to the computer it gives me the error cannot find file source.

Copy all the stuff you want to your hard drive, format the stick then put the stuff you want back on. Simple =)

I make my own signatures, isn't that an amazing and boring fact for me to put here? Don't PM me with an answer...well you could, give me something to talk about or you would probably be completely rude about the matter....just one more dot? ok ..... .

that means if thers a folder with photos and thers a file that is not a photo it will will only delete the the photos init

oh that happened to me, but with like other files. if you go to psp-hacks.com you should search for the corrupt file fixer. that should do the trick. well it worked for me. i dont know about pictures. but i had a corrupted iso that the psp wouldnt let me delete. you can reformat the memorystick, but im tooo lazy to reinstall everything. but either way is up to you. if you cant find the file let me know

Just connect your PSP to the PC bring up the file you want and then delete it.

i just got my psp and i know nothing about it.. its a 1.5 version .how do i get pictures on it and possibly use it as a background..

just format the memory stick,, but remember to put the files u want on the computer..
then when formatted copy the files back
