I read the post about installing old ps2 games on your psp...Ummm, can I get Final Fantasy 7 on here??? That would be awesome!

ps1 or ps2? but either way, the psp can't emulate an n64 fully so i wouldn't hold your breath on the ps2 emulating. ps1 yeah, that'll happen with a future firmware upgrade by sony, which it'll prolly be cracked in the homebrew scene after that, but you'll have to pay to play them if ur going to upgrade to use the official ps1 emulator.

that is one thing i would upgrade my psp for. That would be pwnage to play ff7 on the psp. but the ps1 emu that is supposed to come with a future firmware upgrade could just be an ellaborate hoax. no way tell for sure except for let time to pass.

iPirate, dunno depends which of the coders(reverse-engineers) gets their mits on it, and how much time they're willing to spend on it..

it would be interesting to be able to play the old ps1 games on a handheld and everything, but at the same time the games better not be running 20 bucks or more, cuz that'd suck. not to mention who decides which ps1 titles are allowed to make the transition, since obviously they won't be giving us software for the pc to rip the games to a psp playable form......


time will tell us to wait and see again someday.
