Hi to all. This is my first time here. I have a Toshiba DVD SD3980. I've played a couple of movies on it without much trouble. Now I get the message "Incorrect Disc" even on discs I've played before. I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out so would greatly appreciate any direction you can give.

If your Player is still under warenty I sugjest returning it and geting a New one. Your Laser might be Cracked or scratched.
