Why do u guys comment stuff like that?
Why do u say it a was noob question.
Do u have to use that term?
People are here to learn not to read your comments about how noob a question is or not. If u feel the question was answeared dont answear again then.
Or is it because u guys have written senior member under us status even though u are here for couple of months the most...

I agree completely with mg5pro, how would you like it when you were asked a question and was told that was the noobiest question of the day.
And also
@devz2k
Please talk in English like a normal Human Being as it is hard to read for the older "out of generation" viewers.......I hate text speak.

i agree with that md5pro
also there isnt really any improvement with devhook at 333
not anything you can notice really.
maybe a couple of milliseconds
i always run devhook at 222, and have no problems
there is a big debate as to why sony lowered the setting, and it was probably to save battery life but mostly i think is that it doesnt really matter.

I'd personally use 222mhz unless the lag was unbearable, I heard that 333mhz can make the PSP malfunction.

+1 to that MG5PRO.
I am getting so sick and tired of hearing people calling others noobs. John you werent born with knowing about the psp. Everyone has to learn somewhere. That wasnt even a noob question. That was a 100 percent legitimate question.
Running the psp at 333 drains the battery faster and thats about it. about the only benefit of it is that if you have a compressed iso file and lags on 222 MHZ you can set the clock to run at 333 to reduce the lag. Running it at 333 hinders the wifi tho unless your on devhook .43. You can render it usable on higher devhooks but you have to use IRshell or harley g's custom firmware.

Dgen used to run perfectly for me with 333mhz and the performance core, while 222mhz was unbearable.
