I haven't personally used it but by the look of the name it's a wizard which installs emulators for you if you don't understand where to put the files manually.

Wow, there's no need to be aggressive around here AJGarcia, people don't have to help you out you know.

Amitguru had a good point, it'd make sense to post about that installer on the website run by the guy who wrote it.
