sandisk fakes rhard 2 detect but buy it frm atrusted shop or store which is well established. or ask amitguru he buys stuff online cheap he will surely help

I haven't seen any fake sandisk ms, my friend got a fake 2gb off a site for like 50 bucks and it was working really odd, so he sent it back and they sent a new one within a few days and it works fine now. They are of course those bootleg sony ones, (you know the charcoal colored ones that have the faded sony sticker on there and japanese wrapping) but i would just order from maybe liksang, they don't sell bootleg stuff, but if you want something cheap, then i would go on yahoo and type in like 2 or 4gb ms and go to the shopping section, thats where my friend got his working bootleg one off of.

yea me neither never seen a fake 4gb sandisk but i hav a 4gb sony ms off ebay but i recommend amazon instead

u can also try on ebay or froogle their stuff is also genuine and quite less in price
