Hi, I just downloaded an mkv file with three audio streams. I 've extracted the AVI file with only one stream in an attempt to convert it to mpeg. The audio stream is in AAC format. I can play the file as an AVI without any problems, yet when I use Virtualdubmod to convert the file I get an error message "no suitable decompressor can be found" for the audio.
Does anyone have any hints on how to get around this. Or is there an application that can convert AAC to pcm, mp3, or AC3.
