I did everything, port fowarding, opening ports through firewall, no XP firewall, static IP and I use Azuress.

My port is 50000
My torrent has 194 seeders 19 leachers
My Internet speed is 1033 down and 295 up according to speak easy and 520 down 289 up according to dsl reports

On that torrent I'm getting a consistent 20-26 Kb/s

Should I be satisfied with the speed I'm getting from this torrent or should it still be faster?

BTW: It gets the same with firewall on or off

Depends on how many seeds you are connected too.

Also, check what your max download and upload are set to.
