I am confused on the whole private torrent sites. i know it is against the rules to ask for invites and thats not what I am doing. I would just like a simple explaination of
1.) How they work and once you are a member, how can you apply it to uTorrent or whatnot.
2.) Are there any good free ones that arn't closed or invite only?
1. They work just like any other torrent site. You download a torrent and open it with a torrent application. You can apply it to uTorrent just like any other, just open the torrent, UTorrent will open it. The only difference between a private and public site is that there are more and sometimes better torrents.
cool thanks...its just that the current torrent i am downloading is going soooo slow. Between 30-90. I did all the things recomended to boost speed but still no luck. I think it has to do with the amount of seeds vs peers. It is 129 vs 1423. All sites i have look through are like this! Is this normal?
lol they are tackers.....thats why they are called private trackers! Sign up, pick a torrent like any other tracker, then dl......only difference is you have to be a member
