hi guys, i downloaded the 4 patches and installed them but iam not getting the Nero recode 2 program...
i dont know why any help?

what patches are you talking about? what Nero version are you talking about? does your smart start look like this:



notice the Nero Recode in the left hand side under programs list! this is just an example of what mine looks like. I have version 6.6.0.18 ..... what's your version?

not sure about the version..its Nero 6 express.

and i looked at my smart start tab and realized that i have only a bit more than half of the applications you have indicated on the left side, including the exumption of recode >__>

nah, i already have Nero vision.

i have Nero version 6.6.1.4 which is newer version and my Nero vision is newer edition but i still cant find recode after installing the 4 patches.

haha...confusing :S

IMHO and others on this forum, Nero 6.6.1.4 is buggy, also does not allow for an autoburn from DVD Shrink if you happen to use that program. Nero version 6.6.0.18 is a much better version and more stable. You would be better off to uninstall your version then use the clean tool and reinstall. You should not need to be using all those patches, Recode should come right up.
