fatal frame 3 (also known as project zero) isn't working on my slim ps2(PAL). I am using swap magic 3.6 and perfect copy of game. It is working on modded ps2 but it's not working with swap magic. the game i am using is NTSC and my ps2 is PAL.I tried to search for a patch but no patch is available on swapmagicfix.com. I tried to look for it's compatibility with swapmagic on swapmagic3.com and according to site's compatibility list the PAL version of game works fine with swap magic but the NTSC version dosen't works.
I think i should use NTSC-PAL vmode changer but i don't whethen it would work or not .Please any one help me what should i do?
I've got the NTSC version, it works fine with Swap Magic.
If you've got v3.6, then use the built in video mode changer, that should adjust the screen so you can see it properly.
The best solution though, is to get yourself a proper fully wired RGB Scart lead for PS2. Not only will this automatically convert the 60Hz NTSC signal to fit your 50Hz PAL TV, but will enhance the colour & picture quality of this, and all, your other games.
You can get one at Argos, or any other good games store for between £3 & £15. Just make sure its fully wired.
nothing is wrong with my scart lead i'm using NTSC-PAL converter and it works fine with all my games.the problem is when i load my game using swap magic all i get is blank scren for few seconds and then the red screen that says please use ps2 format softwre. I have tool a,b and c perfectly installed and woking.when i tried for special boot option, my ps2 got hanged. I tried to swap it with zoneloader, cogswaploader, action replay max but nothing worked.
this copy of game is perfectly woking in modded ps2!!
