Hi, i got a Syphon Filter Dax iso, which wont work on DAX Emulator.

Is this because i need to change some settings or do i now need to convert this so it will work in Device Hook?

If this does not work on Dax Emulator then why was it a DAX in the first place?

I had searched a litte a found this:

Yeah try using the ciso converter tool to change the dax file to cso then try loading with devhook set on f2.6.

Ok i will try that. Will i have to set dev hook on 2.6 or can i keep it on 2.71?

It is wierd how when i downloaded the game it came up as a Dax.

I'm sure you could keep it at 2.71 mate. As long as you aren't under the needed firmware version you're fine (obviously)

Ok, i have converted the dax into a cso. Now when i run it in Device Hook it will not run. It reboots and then it says "The game could not be started, (80010002)"

My Dev Hook settings are:

UMD SELECT - iso you wanna play
UMD MOUNT - anyiso
UMD VERSION - 2.xx --> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222
BOOT SELECT - reboot xmb

Not 100% sure on this so if anyone wants to correct me the please do, but I think the prxs would have been swapped to enable daxziso to run it so you may need to swap them back with the original ones
