I would like to play emulators and roms on my PSP and I do not want to do the following , Downgrade or use GTA LCS , because frankly I don't have GTA LCS and can't do either. I do have ....

1- Black PSP with v2.6 installed
2- 32mb Memory stick
3- usb connector
4- MLB 06 The Show

I saw a save editor out there is it possible to do what they did with GTA but instead use MLB 06 the show ? I really want to run roms please can someone help ?

do you have a TA 082 mobo?
if not just downgrade, rent gta
the only way to right now, play homebrew on the psp 2.6 is with GTA.

yeh it really sucks my cousins got a 2.6 and wen i see him im gonna ask him if he wants 1.5 cause hes got gtalcs so i can downgrade for him if he wants me to ;)

I keep hearing people say get the RIGHT GTA LCS how do i know what one is right ?

There are a number of things that will give it away. Like the case and the serial no. Also if the updater is like 2.01 or 2.0 it is an old one. If the updater on it is >2.5 then it's a patched GTA

if it is patched the update will be for fw 2.6
unpatched is 2.0

You can also tell by the boxes. The backs are different. Plus the patched one has a 2006 date on it, while the old one has a 2005 date on it.
