Burning a Data DVD

I am using Nero Premium v.7.2.3.2b and I am having trouble backing up my setup files...they are in WinRAR format...and are on a separate HDD and partition...
I can burn MP3 files no problems and they are also on another partition...and have backed My Documents, which are in C Drive.

The problem is the "Error Reading Data" that shows in the burning window
Can anyone please offer an explanation or a suggestion on how to fix this, as I really need to back these files up

Try opening the WinRAR files because you might have curropted files.
