Broken UMD reader, troubleshooting tips ?

Hey

My UMD reader does not read UMD's anymore. It still spins the disk and on the outside the whole assembly looks to be functioning the same as my friends' ones. Do any of you maybe have any tips on what to look for, like some part that often mess up in the reader ? I saw another guy on the forum fixed his by getting it to spin again, obviously not my problem.

I've got my old games to work with the new devhook and noumd, but I bought Tekken (awesome btw.) and I really wanna to play it !

Much appreciated. Think i'll try and clean the lens a bit and see what happens first.

I held the psp to my ear just now with a disc in, and it kind of sounds like the old stiffy drives used to sound when it was trying to read a fooed disk, just more of a higher pitch. (Nothing wrong with my disk tho, it does it with every one)
