I am very new to mp4 being a bit senior any way the one I have bought for my husband and myself is good to a point. I have worked out how to put music and audio books into my mp4 but i cannot figure out how to use the e-book or photo. when I open the remote on the pc i can only see my music folder nothing els. I do not want to do something silly and wipe everything out. please answer in easy speak. do not want to be that ambitious with the thing.

I've never heard of it IF that's the Brand and/or Model. Without Brand and/or Model I don't think I can do much for you. Sorry.

PS When you turn it on, what does the screen says? Do you see any particular logo? Maybe that's a clue.

The only think I can see is 056KBPS along the bottom. if that does not mean anything I will just have to content myself with my audio books and music. thank you any way for taking the time.
