i need to kno the whole deal with the folders used for the usb cable like PSP/GAMES..i tried to play an emulator and rom i got off the internet but i dont kno how the folder thing works. and how do i bring it up from my psp????

ok u wont be able to run it without GTA:LCS unpatched version and the eloader. but if you can come acrossed a unpatched version of GTA:LCS you might as well downgrade to 1.5 to take full advantage of 1.5.

and if you dont have a TA-082 mobo you can downgrade on top of that you will need this.

i dont mean to hassle u but how do i upload the downgrader on my psp?

the downgrader auto installs itself and all the files needed for it to work, all u have to do is point it to the drive letter the psp is assigned. but before you even try that you need a copy of GTA:LCs.

yes grand theft auto. there is a savegame exploit which allows you to boot the eloader which can aid downgrading your psp. check this thread for info on patched and unpatched.
