The problem I have is very simple, but I have no clue how to fix it. The specifications of the drive claim that it can burn DVD-R's from 1x to 16x, but when I put a blank disc in, all my burning software programs only allow me to choose from 6x, 8x, 12x and 16x. Any idea why?
