MY PSP ANOLOG STICK CAME RIGHT OFF (not the part that can come off n u can put a diiferent anolog on)N NOW WEN I PLAY A GAME MY CHARECTER KEEPS MOVIN UP.I HAVE HAD MY PSP FOR 1 YEAR N AOUND 6 MONTHS.IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN GET IT FIXED I DNT CARE HOW MUCH I PAY BUT IF ITS OVER 300 DOLLERS TO GET IT FIXED ILL JUST BUY A NEW ONE.

that part is fairly easy to fix. look on ebay you can get the parts much cheaper.

use my guide to remove the faceplate and the just unscrew the analog controller chipset.

dude.. im sitting here panicing n not knowing wat to do. n removing the psp thing is not only the problem but ill open it n not know how to fix the anolog problem, so theres no point of removeing the psp

there is only 5 screws holding the faceplate on. then when u get the faceplate off there is only two screws holding the analog assembly in. opening your psp, however, voids the warranty.

thats why there is a tut for it listen calm down put your psp down on the table get a small phillips screw drive and take it apart because its past a year so you can throw the warranty out the window and jus go to http://llama.com and get analog stick for real cheap and then you can play your games like you used to

no this is not a big enuff problem to buy a whole new psp. Its one of the easiest things to fix on the psp and it wont cost you more then twenty bux to fix it.

no its a minor problem you can fix it yourself and it will cost less than $10

its something u cant fix urself...in some cases you can but only u will be able to tell by taking the assembly apart and cleaning it. did you lose the lil nub or did you actually break the analog thumbstick.

oh ok well thanx for the update BLK. wifipsp you should buy the assembly from ebay or another repair site for psp parts and when you get it one of us will walk you thru installing it.

yea like i said it isnt that hard and forget about wasting $300 remember this "anything could be fixed even if broken in the worst possible condition" in the words of my boss lol so when you buy it from the site i provided from ebay or something just tell us and we'll help you out with the rest

i dunt know why but wen i unscrew the screws it spins but dnt come off. all of the screws i tried unscrewing it with the side of the psp with the recharger faced to the floor but still..oh n thanks for all the support

the only one to unscrew when you take the battery off is the bottom
