on my psp i`ve got location free player,, when i click it, it says i need a base station, but before i buy the base station..what is location free player ?

from what i remember, watch TV away from your TV or over a network connection if your in a hotspot. but the base station is what you use to send ur tv signal over the networks or something??

i havent seen it in the stores....anyone know where to get it. Im not sure if its good to get it though because the wifi max thing was shit. Maybe this one is too.

lol $50-$60 more like $175-$200, could get it cheaper on ebay. Its a little tower that links to your tv that lets u watch tv over your PSP.

location free player is a base station which gets tv signals and tranfers it to ur psp which will let u watch tv in ur psp....

I doubt it, PIMPSTREAMER only does that over, ur WiFi range ie is ur in ur house because of ur router.

You can make Pimpstreamer stream video to your PSP anywhere as long as there's a hotspot.

a wifi router is cheaper than location free player base but doesnt route tv channels to your psp. at the price of the location free player base, i would instead buy a portable tv/dvd/mp3 combo for less cost and larger LCD screen.
or a 2nd laptop (p2 or p3) with dvd-rom and tv card.
