i have a psp w/version 2.6 and motherboard ic1003.how do i go about getting it for homebrew.i cant downgrade it

www.nextpsphacks.com/ try this the latest news column it has umd emu for ver 2.6 which can load iso on 2.60fw on ta-082 motherboard

UMD Emulator for FW2.60 v0.03 Released!

For all those unfortunate TA-082 PSP owners out there left unable to downgrade, this is for you - boy, will you be happy!

A method discovered to successfully emulate a UMD on FW 2.60 - regardless of PCB version. Yes, this means you?re able to load ISO images from your memory stick on firmware 2.60! You will however require the Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories [unpatched] UMD to utilize this loader as it works in conjunction with the GTA savegame exploit.

after eLoader(GTA) start
run ?UMD Emulator for eLoader GTA?
than you can Open and Read file inside ISO by

SceUID fd = sceIoOpen(?disc0:/xxx?, PSP_O_RDONLY, 0777);
sceIoLseek32(fd, offset, PSP_SEEK_SET);
sceIoRead(fd, buffer, size);
sceIoClose(fd);

TODO :
LoadExec ISO?s BOOT.BIN by

sceKernelLoadExec(?disc0:/PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/BOOT.BIN?, ¶m);

this is what i read

One step closer to full UMD emulation on FW 2.60! 0okm has continued hacking away and released a small chunk of source code which when compiled will allow you to open & read files inside the ISO image. This second proof-of-concept application is to be used with the previously released UMD Emulator v0.03 w/ eLoader (GTA).

Thanks to XazZ for taking the liberty to compile & send me the EBOOT.PBP. Keep in mind - as of the current moment you?re not able to actually boot an emulated UMD.
