What firmware is your PSP?
Is it a UMD or an ISO?
If your firmware is 1.5, then what ISO Launcher are you using?

Ok, is it an ISO or UMD that you're trying to load?

What's the names of the 2 equal folders?

some games you can play ad-hoc. some cant. some can play wifi. some cant. its so infrequent how it works you cant really say whether or not if its going to work. its hit and miss. i have games i cant host ad-hoc matches on but if i switch to my g/f's psp i can host em and vice versa.

If you have two folders DTR and DTR% for this game then it is most likely the RunUMD version of the game. RunUMD is quite a few months old now and Im sure that there was no WIFI support for RunUMD, as well as some of the other older loaders/emulators. I would try and get hold of the ISO version and use it with Devhook and it will most probably work.

Does you PSP and you g/f's PSP have different Devhook versions on them ?

nope same versions. and i have tried different versions too. actually i tried alot of different variations. but ya its really hit and miss TBH. best way to find out is try.

I have only ever tried World Series of Poker and Virtua Tennis. Ive had upto 8 PSPs all playing World Series of Poker...excellent !!
