ok ive found a way to load up the 1.5 PBP kind of. im able to get the 1.5 to load up to the white psp screen then it go's black for like 2 seconds then i get a game erorr i dont remember it. it was something like 8001825 or something like that. if someone who has some knowledge with the code and would like to expirement with the PBP ill post it for you. any thoughts?

My thought is that you shouldn't post this sort of stuff on AD...get a proper programmer to help you out...this thread is just a waste of space. Please don't take this the wrong way, i, and all the other 2.7 owners out there appreciate the effort your putting into this thing...but please do not post unless you have a 'running' downgrader

umm u cant just make a downgrader u need to find an exploit first and i may have found one. i mean getting 1.5 to load up on a 2.7 is definatly something.

this has already been tried. and this has already been previously discovered a while ago. not to crush your hopes but it means absolutely nothing.

well that still better then not gettin it to boot at all. i mean if i could get it to boot just by changing a couple of numbers imagane what someone else could do with it

anything sony releases and can run on the psp is known as signed code. as soon as you hexedit it change it with pspbrew, do absolutely anything to it, it immediately becomes unsigned code. which is why you see the white loading screen come up then the error message. like i said before its been tried and it does absolutely nothing. its not an exploit of any sort. appreciate the efforts tho.

ok but what if i changed the pbp to a mp4 or a tif or a flash file and opened it with the file browser in the internet browser?
