ISO Backup with IMGBURN Problems mounting to DAEMON tools created virtual drive

I downloaded IMGBurn and was wondering how (if) I can backup my PC games. I got the ISO's but when I wount them to a drive through Daemon Tools or PowerISO (trial) it asks for me to insert the corrrect disc once the main menu has loaded and I click 'play'.
Do I need some sort of crack to do this successfully? I would like to have my library all on by hard drive so I can easily mount them to drives instead to sifting through stacks of disks. I've tried with retrail copies of FarCry and DeusEx but they both respond similarly. Any help?
