Monster Hunter Freedom loads but then freezes why?

I downloaded the UMD ISO. Its the untouched 723,904KB. Im using Devhook and i have 1.5
I can load it until it gets to a screen i belived it wants me to create a save game, A little box pops up and then after half a second goes away and then it just says on a blankish screen that is brown,

Monster Hunter is a big game, you sure it's untouched?
Could just be a dodgy rip, have you tried saying no to creating a save game, then making one in the game?
Firmware - 1.0 > 1.5 > 2.0 > 2.5 > 2.6 > 1.5 > 2.6 > 1.5
I make my own signatures, isn't that an amazing and boring fact for me to put here? Don't PM me with an answer...well you could, give me something to talk about or you would probably be completely rude about the matter....just one more dot? ok ..... . |

Na i dont get a choice, It just comes up with a loading screen that has a map in the background, then it comes to the next screen and it asks about my duo it moves to fast and with my eyes i cant read it.
And yeah im fairly sure its the untouched iso i have read it in a few threads on AD

Devhook 0.46. Im using a 4gig hdd for my psp and the screen it is locking up on is the finding the mem card screen, The box come up for a few seconds and then just goes away.
Could it be a Bung copy or mabey my Hdd and the game not working together

your right iprate, acutally all homebrews dont work on psp hard-drive. hard-drive arent compataible with homebrews. no wonder u cant get it to work. return ur 4 gb hard-drive if u can and buy a memory duo card instead.

Well my 4gig hdd works Fine with everything else i have tryed to run, I even use Devhook off of it to run my real UMDS.
So its possible the game dosnt like the hdd but otherwise i think its awesome :D
