which file gonna be bigger if they are made with the same bitrate etc. , so if the compression setup is the same, whats gonna be bigger?

You must be confussed. WAV is a container that usualy holds uncompressed PCM audio. WMA is a lossy compression scheme. By nature a lossy compression codec will produce a much smaller file size even at maximum bit-rate.

WAV is uncompressed and very large.

WMA is a compressed lossy format so is always going to be bigger.

I was trying to keep it simple. WAV is a much bigger format than WMA because WAV is not compressed like WMA which is also lossy format. What's so confusing about that?

Don't you mean that the WMA is going to be smaller in size?? Since it is compressed, it has to be. Just like an Mp3 file is smaller than a WAV in file size.
