I think if something says it is risky and you are dealing with a high value thing like the psp it is just asking for trouble

yh it looks kool but for 2 reasons i wouldnt do it
1. it'll be tricky installing it
2. it'll eat the battery power

I wish it was like drag and drop led_mod and led_mod% in system folder under psp in the MS root

@stevenps2
no it will not eat the battery power. LED's require so little of a charge to power them its not even funny. And the mod isnt hard either. I came up with my own a while back to light up the triggers while it was charging.

yeah of course it would use more battery. but it wouldnt eat anymore then 5 minutes out of the total battery time. they require so lil battery power.

it wud take more than 5 mins off ur batery power as u r using high power wite and blu leds {45-55 ma each} just so u no ur batery is 1800 mah unless u changer it 2 a 2200 mah.

calculation... 1800÷50 equals 50 hours, so ur batery can run the leds on a full charge for 50 hours without the psp

calculation 2... the psp draws on average 850ma with the backlight at max, sound at max and playing a umd movie {850 plus 50 equals 900}
1800÷900 equals 2 hours
ur psp shud run for 2 hours with the leds with the above conditions.

if u want more specific condition calculations please ask
