is there a way i can change the names of the catagorys, like from music to somthin else and from photos to somthin else?

I don't know how but you use x-flash to do it, risking bricking your PSP

yh it is risky using x flash but as long as you take your time find out what your doing you should be fine.
you have got a 1.5 firmware to use xflash tho?

when u have installed the x-flash thing its always gd to take your psp memorystick out as it revives the psp
