I am wondering, since I have O/C'd computers before and have had mixed results, if there are any major problems that can come from running the processor at 333mhz. I know this may sound like a stupid question, but I'd prefer that I don't burn out my processor. Any answers from general experience using a program? I'm currently using the GTA:LCS exploit with the TA-082 mobo. Thanks in advance!

Rather I should say from using uo_Snes9x for PSP Ver.0.02y31 in general for a game such as Earthbound for instance, which seems to be optimal at 333mhz, and Ultima VI which is just fine at 222mhz.

next time u post click the edit button and edit your first post. double posting is looked down upon here. about the only thing you will incur while the clock is set at 333 is the battery wont last as long.

Sorry, new to this forum interface and see the edit button now =) Thanks for your answer. So there is no definative deterioration to the actual processor for making it run that long, just the battery?

Correct. The processer is originally 333mhz to begin with. Sony just clocks it a 222mhz to conserve battery life.

I thought that running it at 333mhz was bad. The 1.0 firmware did that and that's the reason why Sony made the update. Constantly running it doesn't hurt the processor over time?

No, havent of that sort of thing, I just know that it consumes the battery much faster...
