There's no firmware 2.9. What firmware are you thinking of? Also going from a firmware 2.71 to 2.9 would be called "Upgrading" not "downgrading".

my worlds spinnig cose his worlds dizzy downgrading is wen u ave one fw eg2.00 and downgrade it to 1.50 a lower fw
need a sig pm me
got any unwanted psp games pm me
got any bricked psp's ill buy them!!

ok, you need 1.5 firmware to play game backups, the highest availiable firmware availiable is 2.8, 2.9 doesnt exist, im guessing you have 2.7 firmware where currently there is no downgrader, you will have to wait for one :)
