Johncchc, did you see in that other thread I started about IRshell, there is a link for sylvania TV ccf codes.

Am I missing something about seting up the nethostfs?
I installed nethostfs.exe, and ran the IR shell nethost thing, but it cant find a connection.
This part of the readme -
"For nethostfs support, it's a bit more complicated as it involves networking configurations. After unzipping the nethostfs archive to your PC (both Windows & Linux are supported), you can launch it as follows:
nethostfs usage:
[code]Usage: nethostfs [options] rootdir
rootdir: The defined dir will be used as root dir for PSP. Use /cygdrive if you want the PSP to see all drives in your PC.
Options:
-p port : TCP port number
-l login_password : Password for client PSP to login
-h : Print this help messages
Example
nethostfs -p 7513 -l mypass /cygdrive
This will allow your PSP to access all drives in your PC."
I don't really get this part, as to what and where I input this info.
On my PC or PSP? I feel like such a noob, lol.
Sniping_G, there is a code pack on www.irshell.com with over 2000 codes, but if your devices aren't supported, it's crazy hard to make your own codes.

erm where can i get the code for othe tv brands from ?
because there is only like a couple off codes like for xbox and stuff could you put a link up that has all the codes for irshell please thank you!

haha I just spent a day trying to get my Goodmans TV to work!
Apparently they use a Philips TV set of codes, but I have no idea which one.
Did learn an interesting fact thought. Goodmans is owned by Curry's, and is just a brand name that they slap on random 3rd party electronics.
Which makes it nearly impossible to find codes for them.
I'd say google and a lot of patience with this one dude, good luck.

Damm I have an ONIDA TV and i dont think irshell works with that!

He means icons.
In the iR Shell picture on PSPUpdates you can clearly see an icon labeled Devhook.
