how do i play ISOs on windows?

no matter where i look, i always find PSP emulator which is for the Emulator and not for PC windows, one that can play ISOs..

please help me find one..

There currently isn't a PSP Emulator on Windows that can play commercial games such as ISOs.

u can play iso games on ya computer with devhook

no u cant. the only thing u can play a psp iso on is a psp. i would still like to see a link that would say otherwise.

There is an emulator of the PSP for Windows, but it only plays homebrew. Even then, I heard it's unstable and likes to crash often.

what devz2k didnt explain very good is that you can play isos thats on your pc with a usb to connect to your pc then load the iso through devhook

Ja it's not very stable I remember downloading it....jeez cant even remember how many months ago. Doesnt work that well.
