How do I remove the commentary using PSP Video9?

I tried ripping an episode of Batman TAS and got it to play perfectly except the audio has the director's commentary. I read around several forums but I can't find a successful fix to this problem. It makes the episode useless if I can't hear the dialogue because of the people talking over it. any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I don't think there is a way to remove the commentary as it's encoded into the vid once ripped. If you used pspvideo9 to rip it straight from the dvd to MP4, then try using a ripper like smart ripper to go to .VOB first without the commentary, that way you can then encode it with pspvideo9 afterwards.

it worked for couple of episodes. now another problem i have is that the episodes were being split into several parts. now i end up with a file with the intro credits and part of the beginning and then another file with the rest of the episode.
