I may not be allowed to ask this but was just curious where uploaders get their torrents from in the first place. as in what are their sources

There are either scene torrents which come directly from scene couriers or independent releases by people who just make an image out of their own retail copy and add the cracks. But you probably wonder about the scene releases. There are some 4000 people involved in the scene, a rough estimate, and don't forget: "sharing is caring <3". People care for you. Remember, kids, warez groups frown upon you spreading their shit. Well, at least MYTH was really bitchy about it, and many others. If you want an alternative to torrenting, get yourself some programming experience, and apply to a warez group (contact info often found in their NFOs, if not found, then they don't really need new members).

*EDIT: Not "directly from scene couriers" but from affiliates and other "minor" people on the stairs. Also, torrents themselves never originate, someone simply makes one and uploads it on TPB, private trackers, or some. Then they spread really fast among public trackers. Jyeah.
