I have some episodes of an anime I would like to burn to dvd so I can watch all the episodes on a dvd the files are in .mkv format does anybody know how I can do this and have all the epidose on the same disk.

avi2dvd can handle mkv files, try this guide

Also-
You wont be able to fit all the episodes onto one DVD unless you burn the .mkvs as a Data disc, you can then burn around 20 eps onto one instead of a measily 4 to 6.

The best way I know of burning mkvs to DVD is with DVD Santa, you can pick which subs you wan to hardcode and which audio track you want, you wont be able to select which tracks you want unfortunately :(
