Help with Azureus please

I just installed a router (belkin) so i had to enable NAT in my modem. I have a dlink 302g modem with a firmware changed from optus (My ISP) to generic to make it a standard dlink 302g modem. After that i port fowarded my ports through my modem settings(not using the router atm) to get rid of that DHT firewalled and NAT firewalled problems.

The thing is the first few tries i started Azureus the DHT is firewalled and everything else is green (NAT and the smileys on torrents). As expected my download and upload speeds never got over 7kb/s and then after a while both got stuck to 0 forever. After a few tries of restarting Azureus again everything went green again even the DHT but after a while my dl and ul speed goes to 0 and never increases.

If i access my internet browser when Azureus is running my browser does not respond which never happened before i enabled NAT and installing the router.

Even when i disabled the NAT again DHT is still firewalled where before i never got that before i enabled the NAT.

I read various forums, did everything they said there and nothing still works. I just want to know anything i have done wrong or settings i need to change. Anyone out there kind enough to help? thanks
