what u will need;
gta lcs,, orignal umd

ok firstly download gta eloader from here..

http://dl.qj.net/eloader-beta-for-2.01-2.50-2.60-firmware-gaming-...

once you got that.. copy all the folders in savedata to the PSP savedata..
now copy all the files in GAME to the psp GAME..

now u have gta eloader installed...

okkkk

now you have to download the downgrader from here;
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/598

when u got that you opened you will see 3 files downdater,2.5,2.6

copy downdater to the root of your psp memstick. then open 2.5 if u want downgrade a 2.5 psp,, or open 2.6 to downgrade 2.6 psp..

when u opened the one you want, you will see the folder downdater test, copy the folder, downdater test into GAME on the psp memstick..

now all you have to do is insert the umd GTALCS, in the umd drive,, launch that game.

halfway threw loading it will come up with a menu... just click X on downdater test..

ITS DOWNGRADING

if all is right the orange light will be flasing,, just wait 3mins,,

your psp will reboot..you will get a menu with loads of writing,, just press O it will reboot again, now just set the time and all that..
YOU NOW HAVE 1.50

enjoy!!!

i am not responsible if your psp bricks

Well Im not trying to be rude or anything but the mods arent stickying anymore guides, they have to remove some of em, Ive talked to Neph.

Second of all, people can just use the Easy Downgrader I believe it even has an automated voice telling u what to do.
