i have downgraded 2.0 psp's atleast 20 different times. not just mine, friends too. This is the file you will want.

Keep running it until u see some numbers on the screen. When you check the version and it says 1.00 you will know it worked. It doesnt actually downgrade your psp to 1.00 it just changes the version to 1.00 thus allowing you to run the 1.5 eboot.

YA... If you have a TA-082 PSP and you brick it, you might aswell say " au revoir " ( means goodbye in french ) but if you brick it, dont throw it away just as yet. wait for some time till Fanjita or Dark alex find a way to unbrick it.

whats fanjiata or dark alex? Why is there a chance that i could brick it, is it b/c my PSP is different? And no, from what i see, the mobo doesnt have any text on it when i open the UMD drive, i might post a pic and let u guys decide if its safe or not. And could somebody who is very experienced in downgrading make a youtube video, saying my name nickname, FlameB in it(for security issues to make sure ur not sending me a bogus link) and u downgrading ur PSP from 2.0?

what you will want is this file here.
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/3
its a ton safer then downgrading a 2.5/2.6 psp. read the instructions included on where to put the files. keep running it until u see some numbers on the screen. like i said earlier. check to make sure it says its version 1.0. its not actually a 1.0 it just says that allowing you to run the 1.5 eboot. the simplest downgrade of them all. if u need help u can always pm me and we can talk over msn or yahoo and i can walk u thru the process. really quite simple it is.

That's what norton antivirus and Mcafee detect it as. You'll have to temporarily shut them down to put the necessary files in. Go to http://www.psphacking101.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=view... watch the video, they'll walk you through it.
