hiiiiii im sorry but im not good with the computer and i dont know many thing. i was just wondering if any of you could tell me how i could enhance the quality of my videos. because some of the videos i have is not smooth,blury and some of them have ugly scanlines(can i get rid of them?)

What you are describing most likely cant be fixed. All i heard of being done is brightness etc etc on dark telesyncs, not much more than that!
