I ripped a ISO image to my hard drive what do I use to burn the image so it plays in a stand alone player? I normally use VIDEO_TS folders.

What program you normally use? It will probably do it.
If not, ImgBurn (free) is about the best.

You can use the free programs DVD Decrypter or Imgburn to burn.
