why does my CSO lock up?

well my naruto psp ISO is now a CSO to make smaller space but when i view items SOMETIMES it lock ups and i have to restart my psp that never happened to my ISO could it be cuz its a CSO now?

also i checked the item again and it showed it but sometimes other things dont show up.....

I think some of the impt files in the iso is missing after converting to cso or the iso-rip is not complete.
