nothing is working, i have 2.60, GTA (unpatched), will someone please direct me to the best way to downgrade from my position?

There are many guides and people have already pointed you at the right places. Just follow the instructions and you should be fine.

you cant use the patched version becuase the GTA exploit is obviously patched out.

If it's patched there's no solution.

Try renting a umpatched version.

You have no choice but to rent one unpatched version or go ebay to try find one.

Now there is a 2.71 downgrader. Upgrade to 2.71 then downgrade Useing the easy 2.71 downgrader and it puts the files in the right spots.
