Based upon that post it is hard to distinguish the issue.

Do not name video title if it is copywrighted unless you own the DVD or say in any way shape or form it is a rented downloaded unless you do not wish to share the name of the video.

Namely things like you're video source would most likely be the problem. Most likely you're source video is impaired causing pixelation to you're video can you fix this no can you try to blend it in yes depending upon the video formats you're using and what tools you use normally if you mess with contrast and grey the blacks a little the pixelation will be a bit more tolerable.

In the case it came from a DVD you own, you will have to further investigate it by giving the name of the movie.

Most easiest test would be to get another source of the video and try to encode it from there.

If it is a DivX or XviD based compressed video and you're encoding to DVD pixelation will occur espicially if you're video is small in size and you're tv is larger then 27" depending upon the source the video was used to be encoded in the first place.

The other thing that pixelation will occur on is an LCD or TFT TV or HD equivialant even some of the old sony WEGA tv's without HD or digital video will display pixelation simply because the picture is supreme these tubes will display pixelation due to the quality of them they display more precisely thus showing you the artifacts that are there as a result.

It is from a DVD that I own, I backed it up and got some pixelation just in about 5 seconds of video. I was trying to clean it up a little. I made and ISO image of it because I could not rip it with AnyDVD or DVD Decryter. So I ripped an image of it and burned it with Img Burn.

Poor quality DVD media and/or wrong burn speed are the usual culprits for this problem.
