Well I have never even seen the eloader cos I don't need it but, maybe this will help...from another forum...
Extract the files from the DOOM V0.05 Download into the game folder of mem stick. this alone should allow you to boot the game up through the e-loader to the screen with something like this showing:
Please choose a game to launch (Square for dehacked file)
(Use cross to select main WAD and triangle to select (optional) PWAD, START to run game)

ARSENAL.DEH Main WAD:
PWADS (in yellow, means it's a folder to drill down in) PWAD:
Doom2.wad Dehacked File:

If the Doom2.wad (It could be DOOM.wad I can't remember!!) file is there then this is all you need to play!! Move down on joypad so ARSENAL.DEH file turns red and press [] (Square) this is the dehacked file. Then same again so Doom2.wad file turns red and press X. Then press Start and the game should load.
If the Doom2.wad file isn't there which it may not be because of copyright issues and the like you need to find one!! Google is your friend. You can also find the PWADS through google. When you find them, extract the .WAD file into the PWADS folder inside the DOOM folder on your mem stick. Then when playing the PWADS copy the process above, Move down on joypad so ARSENAL.DEH file turns red and press [] (Square) this is the dehacked file. Then same again so Doom2.wad file turns red and press X. Then same again untill PWADS folder turns red and press X, then scroll down to the WAD you want to play and press triangle, then press start to launch it.
Hopefully that is right and will get you kicking some demon buns!!! You'll have to trial and error any wads you find as some crashed for me. I've got about 8 different versions working though, some using DOOM.WAD as my main wad some using Doom2.wad as the main wad, you'll have to try them both yourself and have a play to see if you can get others working.
