Go to network settings -> infrastructure mode -> new connection -> enter connection name (ex home or work or starbucks, where ever your hot spot is) -> then go to next and you should be at wlan setting, pick scan and you can search for avalible internet sources, pick the one you want and go next -> if your internet spot has a wep (means its password protected to connect and you need to put in the password) put in the password, otherwise push the right arrow and go next. keep going next until it says save changes. then go to the web browser icon and click that. the connection name you made should be there and just click that and your psp will be connected to the internet.

however, if you have ver 1.5 or below, you cannot go into the internet. there isnt that web browser feature in it. if you have 1.5 you should get a devhook emulator and that will allow you to have internet. if you do have 1.5 just research before you upgrade your firmwall cus if you do, you cant downgrade and that means you cant use homebrew games.

Thanks, but one problem, or 2 I mean,
PROBLEM A: I live in France and my strongest ssid is Wanadoo_9731 and I was wondering if you knew how to get a wep for that ?
PROBLEM B I got another access point not needing a wep and it searches for and IP adrress and its on 72 % strength and it just said IP address timed out. OK ;;;; WHAT DO I DO FOR BOTH THESE PROBLEMS OR ANYONE OF THEM ?

for the wep problem you would have to know it in order to use the net. for the ip address timed out problem you can try and get close to the signal.
